Maybe, sometimes we just need to allow ourselves to sit and cry.
It's times like these, when I feel like giving up and simply saying, "what's the point? What's the point of going forward with my day or my life? What's the point of continuing to share my message in an effort to motivate, empower and inspire others when I feel so helpless to be able to help my own brother?"
It's times like this when I go back and read all of the testimonials from clients and people whose lives I've touched through my work that remind me of my own message, "we may struggle to make sense out things we wish we never had to experience, but we must never give up on the love and light that shines so brilliantly within us."
When I choose to walk in faith instead of fear, I may not be able to help everyone, but I know I am doing what it takes for to be the best me that I can be, and that's how my Higher Self reassures me that I'm on the right path, and how I can show up for the people who need to hear my message!
Our life experiences make us who we are; we can choose to give up or we can choose to ask ourselves, "what have I learned from this and how can I use it to help others?"
Because even though we each have our own individual journey to walk, our journeys are interwoven with others who are also walking their journey. How we choose to show up for ourselves will determine how we show up for others.
Life Is All About Choices!
Nancy Mueller ~ Empowerment Sensei
Imagine that every morning, when you wake up, you must choose a door to walk through and it will determine how you'll spend your day.
Life Is All About Choices!
Imagine that with the power to choose how you want to spend your day, you can actually choose which door you're going to walk through to bring you the day you'd like to experience.
Most people would tell you they would choose the doors that will bring them feelings of gratitude, happiness, joy, creativity, wealth, mindfulness, love, fun, being healthy and a sense of belonging.
Most people would tell you they would never consciously choose a door that will bring them shame, excuses, anger, doubt, guilt, judgment, or fear.
Now that it's been proven that our conscious mind is responsible for only 12% of what we believe to be true, the decision about which door we choose becomes a bit more complicated.
Because your subconscious mind makes up about 88% of your beliefs (what we believe to be true), the door we choose becomes a bit more challenging. When you consider that your beliefs are attached to specific feelings and emotions it becomes easier to understand that the door you would choose is based more on how you're feeling when it's time to make your choice.
What if you went to sleep the night before with something that was weighing you down in mind, body or spirit? Perhaps you were listening to a newscaster spreading fear based information or reading something that was unsettling to you. Perhaps you laid in bed doubting your gifts, talents and abilities or judging yourself based on how you perceive who you are or what you're capable of. The subconscious mind is working 24/7, whether you're awake or asleep and has the ability to absorb unsettling information while you sleep.
Now imagine you wake up, it's a brand new day with new opportunities but the door you must choose to walk through is based on the information your subconscious mind has been working on while you slept.
You may consciously want to choose the doors that will bring you feelings of gratitude, happiness, joy, creativity, wealth, mindfulness, love, fun, being healthy and a sense of belonging but because your subconscious mind is making all of the decisions, you will choose a door based on how you're feeling. Every choice is based on a belief and every belief has a feeling or emotion attached to it.
If you're allowing negative thoughts, feelings and emotions to create your beliefs, how can you possibly believe you deserve to choose the doors that will bring you feelings of gratitude, happiness, joy, creativity, wealth, mindfulness, love, fun, being healthy and a sense of belonging?
How you face your day is a choice, you simply need to understand how your mind formulates the beliefs that determine what your choices will be! What price have you been paying for your negative thoughts? Have you found yourself locked behind the doors of shame, excuses, anger, doubt, guilt, judgment, or fear without a clear understanding of how to get out?
Every woman has the key to unlock the doors of uncertainty within her mind. When you master your beliefs, you're discovering the beliefs behind your current mindset (perceived problem), the feelings and emotions attached to that belief(s) and how you can transmute your current belief(s) to raise your vibrational energy, giving you the power to make choices from a mindset of "what is possible" rather than a mindset based on past experiences (yours or others).
Whatever door you may be facing in your life, you alone hold the power to choose which door you will step through and how you will spend your day! The choice is yours ~ when you want to experience feelings of gratitude, happiness, joy, creativity, wealth, mindfulness, love, fun, being healthy and a sense of belonging more than you believe you deserve to experience shame, excuses, anger, doubt, guilt, judgment, or fear, you will also experience the power of conscious choice!

My path to become a coach, author, mentor and speaker became clear when I was a student, competitor and teacher of the Martial Arts;, the longer I studied, I began to understand the philosophies behind the Martial Arts and I soon realized that my mind was my most powerful weapon.

SENSEI: (sen - say) teacher; Sen means "before" and Sei means "born." The literal meaning of the Japanese word is "one who is born before"; thus, the one who is born before you is your teacher. This refers less to chronological age (some of my teachers have been young enough to be my children) than to the teacher's wisdom: In spiritual terms he or she is my elder, and thus my teacher.
My Mission: to have daily conversations that motivate, inspire and empower myself and others.
