Women everywhere are looking for opportunities to be heard, seen and valued for their gifts and talents.
But before they can be recognized by others, they must first see this value within themselves. To be valued by others, you must first find value within yourself.
To do this, you must be willing to look inside yourself and create an acceptance of
"SELF” Self-Love ~ Self-Confidence ~ Self-Awareness ~ Self-Esteem ~ Self-Image
If you are lacking in any of these areas it's important that you gain the knowledge, and the desire to rebuild your levels of "SELF". By realizing your value of “SELF” you also shine a light for others to see your value of “SELF”...
By accepting your gifts and talents you will then find the Inner Strength to join forces with others, thereby adding to the collective knowledge to encourage women to unite and rise above their limiting beliefs; to become leaders both personally and professionally.
When women let go of their limiting beliefs around “SELF” they break the chains of bondage that have kept them bound to believing they must play small in their lives so others will feel “more than”.
These limiting beliefs of “SELF” are lies but we easily accepted them as truth. It's time we speak our truth, even if our voice shakes, to let others know we no longer believe these lies.
As women are letting go of these false beliefs, they are awakening to the true nature of why they are here. Women everywhere are discovering their true purpose for existing and can no longer accept the role of being “less than” so others can feel “more than”.
Once you have gained this spiritual awakening it is impossible to un-learn this knowledge.
Knowledge is not power; APPLIED knowledge is power. What are you doing with your newfound knowledge as you gain love and acceptance of “SELF”?
Generations of women before you have fought to create a value of “SELF” for women in all areas of their lives. How are you building on the hard fought battles of women who have come before us?
When will you rise to the occasion and accept your true value of “SELF” and then what will you do once you have arrived?
Your beliefs around the need to be “less than” so that others can feel “more than” will no longer be tolerated.
Your soul is crying out for you to recognize your value and purpose on this earth.
The unrest and unhappiness you are feeling within your life is your soul’s desire to be heard and recognized. Your soul is telling you, "Women – YOU HAVE VALUE!"
When will you eliminate the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back from your true birthright?
When will you accept the gift that you are and share the gift that is “YOU” with others? The world is waiting for you to rise up and shout “I AM HERE! How can I add to the collective knowledge of other awakened women who have discovered their value of “SELF” so that we may join forces and be a beacon of light for others to also find their way?
The days of competition are over. Women will never awaken to their true “SELF” if they are living a life of false “SELF” to “fit in” and be part of the crowd.
Stop hiding behind your false life and your false “SELF” and awaken to the power within you. Ladies, the world is waiting for you to accept and embrace your true “SELF”!
Let go of the limiting beliefs that have held you captive all these years. Break the chains to feel true freedom in your life!
Your soul is calling, when will you answer?

This morning as I visited one of my favorite spots near the beach to meditate and give thanks for all that I have been blessed with, it occurred to me that there was a time when hearing the sound of the surf pounding to the shore would send fear throughout my entire body.
I allowed my mind to remember that feeling of fear and how long it took for me to let go of it...
... It was 2:00 in the morning and I was standing on the beach, blindfolded and shivering in the night air. I tried to listen to what was going on around me so that I could get some idea of what was going to happen but all I could hear was the sound of the waves crashing very close to where I was standing.
My daughters were preschoolers and the three of us were at the mall when a woman walked up to me and said, "enjoy every minute you have with them because when you blink they will be grown." And then she walked away.
At the time, I had never heard of the Law of Attraction but I do believe I attracted that woman into my life that day. She was a complete stranger to me but of all the advice that I have received about motherhood, her words came to my mind many times over the years.
She was right, I blinked and my babies were having babies of their own! I know so much more as a grandmother than I did as a mother and there were many times that I found myself thinking, "If I only knew then what I know now!"
How many times in our lives do we wish we could go back in time and undo a choice or condition to have a better outcome? We could spend our days wishing we had known more, made different choices, and knew then what we know now but what would be the point? Wishing you could change the past is a waste of time and energy in the present.
The truth is, we knew exactly what we were supposed to know at the time to create who we are today. Every choice a person makes has a ripple effect with the people who come into our lives. Children grow up thinking they will be better parents than the parents they had and most who think this way truly do find a way to parent at a higher level. Keeping in mind that every new way of thinking, every new way to parent came from something that didn't work well in our own lives reminds us that we are all here to learn and add to the collective knowledge that will bring about a change to expand our thinking.
Just like we no longer allow small children to ride in the car without car seats and seat belts, you would have been hard pressed to pass that law in the 1950's. We all have experiences in our lives, both positive and negative, and it is so important to remind ourselves that it isn't what happens to us in our lives but what we do with what happens to us.
We can blame people, places and conditions, hold grudges and refuse to let go of negative thoughts and beliefs or we can embrace what was, learn from it, heal, and move forward.
We can also remind ourselves how quickly time passes. When we think that a certain event or condition will last forever, the Universe has a way of reminding us exactly how precious every moment of every day is in our life.
So the next time you say to yourself, "If I Only Knew Then What I Know Now," stop and ask yourself, "what am I doing with the moments that I have right here and now to make every second count? Am I spending time in a career I love? Am I spending quality time with my family? Do I wake up every single morning looking forward to my J.O.B. (Jump Outta Bed)?" If you don't like the answers you come up with, would NOW be a good time to make some changes in your life?
Or would you rather wait 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 years from now and be saying yourself, "If I Only Knew Then What I Know Now!"
Remember: Life Is All About Choices!

Many people talk about the importance of their "WHY" but what if we take that question deeper and ask why we are here?
One of my favorite authors, John Strelecky, teaches people the value of knowing your PFE (Purpose For Existing)! Understanding our PFE answers the reason we are here, why we were born, why we exist.
Once I was able to put my PFE down on paper, I have found that over the years, it has not changed and it has been an excellent tool for me to use when I feel "off" in my life. I need only to take a look at my PFE to determine where I am out of alignment with my purpose and that usually puts me right back on track with my life.
I talk to many women who are having difficulty creating programs and products for their business but I believe that one of the answers to this dilemma is knowing your life's purpose. For instance, if I were trying to create a program or product for my business that revolved around teaching a class on surfing, this is not something in alignment to my life's purpose. I don't know how to surf and I wouldn't know the first thing to do to teach another person how to surf. How could I possibly teach someone the value of something I have no firsthand knowledge of?
Let's say a really good friend is trying to talk me into teaching the class, she means a lot to me and I want to help her out. The "friend" part of me wants to make her happy but I don't feel excited about teaching the class. When I stop to look at why I don't want to help my friend, I realize that it isn't that I don't want to help my friend. I realize that what she is asking me to do is out of alignment with my purpose and I then have the choice of doing something that is out of alignment with who I am by helping my friend or staying true to who I am.
When I make the decision to stay true to who I am I feel good. For many people, this is where guilt comes up. Guilt convinces so many people to make choices that are out of alignment with who they are because they don't look at the reason for the guilt. Guilt is based on a belief, in this case, a belief that you have to choose what your friend is asking of you over what you really want.
Depending on why your belief about helping others means forsaking your needs, wants and desires will depend on your level of guilt. But what if you had a way to eliminate that guilt by changing what you believe? Many women are guilty of putting the needs and wants of others before themselves and they have done it for so long, they probably couldn't tell you when or why they started making that choice in their life.
When we can look at our beliefs and ask, "Is that true, or is that what I have always believed to be true?" Once you are able to determine that it is your perception of truth rather than actual truth, you are able to look at your choices from a different perception and this process is the key that can open so many obstacles or challenges we face in our life.
So if you are an entrepreneur and you are having challenges coming up with the right products, programs or clients; make sure what you are trying to accomplish is in alignment with your purpose for being here. If you don't know your purpose for being here or are having difficulty putting it into words, connect with me. After all, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over the same way and expecting different results!
This is Nancy Mueller saying "CIAO for now" because like me, I hope to hear you say, "I LOVE MY LIFE!"
