Maybe, sometimes we just need to allow ourselves to sit and cry.
It's times like these, when I feel like giving up and simply saying, "what's the point? What's the point of going forward with my day or my life? What's the point of continuing to share my message in an effort to motivate, empower and inspire others when I feel so helpless to be able to help my own brother?"
It's times like this when I go back and read all of the testimonials from clients and people whose lives I've touched through my work that remind me of my own message, "we may struggle to make sense out things we wish we never had to experience, but we must never give up on the love and light that shines so brilliantly within us."
When I choose to walk in faith instead of fear, I may not be able to help everyone, but I know I am doing what it takes for to be the best me that I can be, and that's how my Higher Self reassures me that I'm on the right path, and how I can show up for the people who need to hear my message!
Our life experiences make us who we are; we can choose to give up or we can choose to ask ourselves, "what have I learned from this and how can I use it to help others?"
Because even though we each have our own individual journey to walk, our journeys are interwoven with others who are also walking their journey. How we choose to show up for ourselves will determine how we show up for others.
Life Is All About Choices!

My path to become a coach, author, mentor and speaker became clear when I was a student, competitor and teacher of the Martial Arts;, the longer I studied, I began to understand the philosophies behind the Martial Arts and I soon realized that my mind was my most powerful weapon.
SENSEI: (sen - say) teacher; Sen means "before" and Sei means "born." The literal meaning of the Japanese word is "one who is born before"; thus, the one who is born before you is your teacher. This refers less to chronological age (some of my teachers have been young enough to be my children) than to the teacher's wisdom: In spiritual terms he or she is my elder, and thus my teacher.
My Mission: to enjoy my health, know my self, value my wealth and have daily conversations that motivate, inspire and empower others who would like to experience the same.
