There have been times when I felt that my life was too hard, with too many struggles and I'd never find a way out. I would get so frustrated because I'd pray for my struggles to be over and my prayers seemed to go unanswered.
Through it all, I've gained a very powerful understanding; "you don't know what you don't know".
Once I accepted this, I learned to see my life through different lenses. How can I possibly ask for something when I can't be sure that getting it would keep me from something greater?
Ask for peace of mind. Ask for love in your words, deeds and thoughts. Ask for blessings for yourself and others. See light even when things appear to be dark (the sky is always blue; gray clouds can sometimes block the blue skies but the sky is always blue!).
Practice the art of "non-judgement" (no one knows what someone else is going through).
If you choose to feed anger, doubt, grief, depression and fear based ideas, you will surely receive them.
If you choose to feed beauty, happiness and joy you will receive them. Life Is All About Choices ~ you were born of love and light (that's who you are) but we all have free will.
Stop being afraid of what you don't know; that's where your blessings come from!

My path to become a coach, author, mentor and speaker became clear when I was a student, competitor and teacher of the Martial Arts;, the longer I studied, I began to understand the philosophies behind the Martial Arts and I soon realized that my mind was my most powerful weapon.

SENSEI: (sen - say) teacher; Sen means "before" and Sei means "born." The literal meaning of the Japanese word is "one who is born before"; thus, the one who is born before you is your teacher. This refers less to chronological age (some of my teachers have been young enough to be my children) than to the teacher's wisdom: In spiritual terms he or she is my elder, and thus my teacher.
My Mission: to have daily conversations that motivate, inspire and empower myself and others.
