​Why is Coaching important? How does it differ from counseling or even therapy?
In my experience, one of the benefits has been my ability and capacity to ENVISION things that might have felt so far outside of me. Half the battle of seeing a dream, or wish, or prayer all the way through is your belief that you can be on the other side of that desire!

Envisioning what feels true and authentic is a combination of mental and spiritual wellness that creates alignment and clarity. It’s not hocus pocus. Understanding the gravity of mental wellness in your life makes you a better decision maker which empowers you to create the life you want.

When I realized I wanted to be in a workspace that allowed me to work a set schedule of hours while never compromising my role as a Mom or Wellness Practitioner, I began meditating and reflecting on the work I had done with Nancy. I give Nancy so much credit for changing my life.

I now work in a space that is possibly the most supportive and caring environment EVER! I have never been so happy and excited to go to work everyday! Not only do I get to contribute my nursing and project management skills to helping people ON A DAILY BASIS, but I am valued and respected constantly. I didn’t double down on my BELIEF that the job for me was out there. I KNEW WE WOULD ALIGN and I would not have to compromise who I am or my beliefs about healthcare.

Do not underestimate the power of envisioning what you want, what you believe, and what’s out there for you! I can’t believe my dream as a Behavioral Therapist and Case Manager has manifested!
