Since 1998, I’ve been guiding women through the unseen layers of their past while supporting thousands in releasing childhood imprints that quietly shape their lives.
Many women don’t realize that what they struggle with today - patterns in relationships, self-doubt, over-giving, the need to prove or protect - is often rooted in early experiences…
even when they describe their childhood as “happy.”
Because it’s not always about what happened. It’s about what was felt, what was interpreted, and what was quietly carried forward.
Through books, workshops, private sessions, and The Dojo, this work gently reveals what’s been hidden in plain sight - creating space to release what no longer belongs to you.

I’m a teacher of life ~ a Life Sensei ~ and the founder of the Dojo, a space for awakened women who are ready to stop trying to fix themselves and start remembering who they truly are.
What I share isn’t religion. It’s spirituality. And there’s an important difference.
Religion often tells you what to believe.
Spirituality invites you into awareness - into direct experience, inner peace, and a truth that already lives within you.

During a Power Hour and in the Dojo, I don’t teach people how to live - I point to something much bigger than myself. A way of seeing. A way of being. An awareness that clears the emotional clutter, the old stories, the hidden ‘attic’ of the mind - so life can be lived with more ease, power, and presence.

The secrets I was keeping led me in search of a way to stop feeling powerless; that way led me to study Martial Arts.
In 1998 I started my own business teaching self-defense to women and as my business transitioned into the work I do now, I created my signature program of Mastering Your Beliefs. Mastering Your Beliefs is a way for changing any circumstance in your life because whatever you believe to be true, is the path you will follow mentally & physically. |

My clients lovingly refer to me as their “Sensei” a title from my days as a student, competitor and teacher in the Martial Arts. I have taken the metaphysical (non-physical) teachings of the martial arts and use them to share opportunities for women to learn where their true power comes from. It is internal power, not external power that allows us to create our reality. Once a woman realizes that her identity is not based on what she experienced but on how she chooses to respond to those experiences, she can transform her life. By embracing the metaphysical principles of the martial arts; such as mindfulness, resilience, and inner strength, a woman can reconnect with her authentic self and release the limitations imposed by past events.

We are always awakening to the true nature of who we are but if you were to ask me about a pivotal point where spirituality awakened within me, I would say it was during my divorce from a 32-year marriage.
- As a student, competitor and teacher in the martial arts I had been embracing my masculine energy but the the inner work during my divorce became an invitation for my spiritual awakening to embrace my divine feminine energy, choosing myself, finishing the inner work, and learning to say no without guilt - it was an opportunity to be more loving to myself
- Friends, co-workers and family members reacted with confusion, resistance and comments like ‘You’ve changed, ‘You’re not the same anymore’ and “I don’t think you really know what you want.”
- But internally, I was experiencing more peace, less explaining, a steadier nervous system - even when others didn’t understand.
