Spirituality invites you into awareness - into direct experience, inner peace, and a truth that already lives within you.

The secrets I was keeping led me in search of a way to stop feeling powerless; that way led me to study Martial Arts.
In 1998 I started my own business teaching self-defense to women and as my business transitioned into the work I do now, I created my signature program of Mastering Your Beliefs. Mastering Your Beliefs is a way for changing any circumstance in your life because whatever you believe to be true, is the path you will follow mentally & physically. |

My clients lovingly refer to me as their “Sensei” a title from my days as a student, competitor and teacher in the Martial Arts. I have taken the metaphysical (non-physical) teachings of the martial arts and use them to share opportunities for women to learn where their true power comes from. It is internal power, not external power that allows us to create our reality. Once a woman realizes that her identity is not based on what she experienced but on how she chooses to respond to those experiences, she can transform her life. By embracing the metaphysical principles of the martial arts; such as mindfulness, resilience, and inner strength, a woman can reconnect with her authentic self and release the limitations imposed by past events.

We are always awakening to the true nature of who we are but if you were to ask me about a pivotal point where spirituality awakened within me, I would say it was during my divorce from a 32-year marriage.
- As a student, competitor and teacher in the martial arts I had been embracing my masculine energy but the the inner work during my divorce became an invitation for my spiritual awakening to embrace my divine feminine energy, choosing myself, finishing the inner work, and learning to say no without guilt - it was an opportunity to be more loving to myself
- Friends, co-workers and family members reacted with confusion, resistance and comments like ‘You’ve changed, ‘You’re not the same anymore’ and “I don’t think you really know what you want.”
- But internally, I was experiencing more peace, less explaining, a steadier nervous system - even when others didn’t understand.
