If you're walking down a dark alley and you begin to feel fear, paying attention to this feeling can keep you safe.

This group will be lead by Sensei Nancy and everyone is encouraged to participate during class.
Every person will have an opportunity to speak during every class; the focus of these classes is to teach you how the power of your thoughts create your reality. If your current reality includes bouts of disempowerment, you will learn how to be more empowered.
You will receive accountability, support, resources, encouragement, feedback and all results are based on your openness to move from where you are to so you can stop creating your future from your past.
